The press conference of the 3rd National Investment & Trade Fair for Ethnic Regions (the Fair) was held at the Changsha People’s Hall on the morning of November 1.

11月1日，第三届全国民族地区投资贸易洽谈会（2018全国民族地区发展大会）（简称“2018第三届民洽会”）新闻发布会在湖南长沙举行。

The Fair will be held at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center on November 23. It is co-sponsored by the China National Trade Promotion Association, the Changsha Municipal People's Government, Tongji University, and social organizations in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. At present, the preparatory work for the Fair has been done. The relevant activities are undergoing as planned.

据发布会介绍，2018第三届民洽会由中国民族贸易促进会、长沙市人民政府、同济大学及港澳台地区的社会组织共同主办，大会将于11月23日在长沙国际会展中心隆重开幕。目前，大会各项准备工作基本就绪，各项活动正按计划有序、积极推进。

There are an opening ceremony, two conferences and three forums at the Fair. On the eve of the opening ceremony, a public welfare evening will be held to celebrate the development achievements of the 40 years of reform and opening up in ethnic regions, and to call for more people to join the cause.

大会主要包括1场开幕式、2场大会和3场论坛。开幕式前夕，“同心圆梦”公益晚会将隆重举办，旨在讴歌民族地区改革开放40年的发展成就，号召更多爱心人士投身公益事业。
